The new, LIFECODES^® Non-HLA Antibody kit is designed to detect IgG antibodies to non-HLA proteins. The LIFECODES Non-HLA Antibody kit is designed to detect IgG antibodies to non-HLA antigens and is composed of Luminex Beads to which purified recombinant or native Non-HLA proteins are conjugated.

Performance

• Low antigen background allows for easy assignment of positive and negative results.
• An analysis tool helps to determine results.
• Go from start to assignment in under 90 minutes.

KIT

• Comprised of 5 components and covers 60 targets.
• One set of controls and reagents.
• Sufficient quantities for 24 tests.

Workflow

• Same workflow as other assays in the Immucor Antibody product portfolio to maximize productivity.
• Vacuum manifold wash technique to reduce total hands-on, operator variation, and contamination risk.
