The Echo Basic Operation - 1 Day course presents information and activities that enable you to operate and perform daily and weekly maintenance for the Echo Lumena and Galileo Echo (v2.0) instruments. It provides instruction for assay performance, maintenance, and quality control. It presents hands-on exercises and activities for each of these topics.
Echo Lumena/Galileo Echo (v2.0) Advanced Troubleshooting
The Echo Troubleshooting - 1 Day course presents information and activities that enable you to perform as-needed maintenance and troubleshooting for the Echo Lumena and Galileo Echo (v2.0) instruments. It provides instruction for troubleshooting and support tools. It presents hands-on exercises and activities for each of these topics.
These courses are designed for NEO and NEO Iris operators with at least 12 months of instrument experience. CE credits* are available to participants. These courses, hosted at Immucor’s corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA will focus on the following objectives:
- Describing the Four Step Troubleshooting Process
- Troubleshooting common Software errors
- Troubleshooting common Hardware errors (i.e. Plate Transport, Pipettor, Centrifuge, Washer errors)
- Troubleshooting Maintenance failures
