ANTIBODY SCREEN WITH INCREASED SENSITIVITY

The LIFECODES HLA Antibody Detection System utilizes Luminex^® xMAP^® technology to achieve flow cytometric sensitivity. LIFECODES LifeScreen Deluxe contains seven different Class I beads and five Class II beads. The sensitivity has been enhanced through the use of CREG-enriched beads.

• Vacuum manifold wash technique reduces total hands-on time, operator variation and contamination.
• Automatic import of data into MATCH IT! software - allowing for clear and easy to interpret results.
